Build Days 146 & 147.....More Bleeding Brakes plus Fuel Lines

Thanks again to John for helping bleed the brakes. With the new, working, master cylinder we were finally able to get some fluid into the system. There is still air in the system, which I'll sort out later, but we were able to get the system working enough to check for leaks. Only one found which was quickly resolved, so very pleased with the braking system so far.

I then moved onto plumbing in the fuel lines through the central transmission tunnel. Needed two lines (feed and return) as it's a fuel injection system. Quite please with the results:

Handy tip; I've used 8mm 'micro-bore' copper pipe for the fuel lines. Usually used in house plumbing, so easy to get hold of, yet ideal for fuel line.

Build Day 145.....Bleeding Brakes!

With the help of John, we tried to bleed the brakes yesterday. Unfortunately, the master cylinder did not want to pump any fluid. Removed it and stripped it down. Didn't look in good condition inside, so decided to replace it.
Found a new one on eBay today for a reasonable price so have bought it. When it comes, I'll fit it and try again.
