Build Day 202.....Front Wings

I painted up the wing stays over the week, so I've been able to fit these permanently today. Also been working on a mounting system to attach the wings to the stays, but still be able to detach if needed (without running bolts through the wings).
Basically, it's a series of metal strips with bolts welded to them. These bolts go through the stays and are fixed with a nut. The strips are then fibre-glassed onto the underside of the wing. You wont see anything when the wings are on, but you can simply take the wings off by removing the wheel, then unbolting the nuts.
Almost finished - I just need to trim the wings a little bit, then I can line them up and stick it all together.
I'll post some pics when it's done.
I've also fitted new springs on the front, as the old ones were not strong enough for the weight of the big engine.
