Build Day 200.....Front Wing Stays

I realised that I still needed to do some more work to the Charge Cooler. I wanted to check and seal all the pipe joins properly to ensure no leaks. This is now done. I also completed the mounting for the charge cooler reservoir.
I then moved on to looking at fitting the front wing stays, which hold the cycle wings on. I'd bought the stays the other week, rather than make them myself, and guess what - they didn't fit! The mounting tubes which attach to the uprights were slightly out alignment. This meant I had to drill and grind the old tubes off and weld on new ones. Might as well have made the whole stays myself.
Anyway, it's all done now. I have also welded on a bracket on the passenger side stay which will hold the magnetic speedo sensor in place. I also fitted a magnetic bold through a hole I've tapped in the brake disk bell. This passes the sensor every revolution of the wheel to get the speed measure.
The stays are temporarily fitted now. Next I need to test fit the wings, then the stays can get a lick of paint before going on for good.
